During his tenure at Georgia Workforce Development, where he oversaw statewide occupational training programs for individuals with barriers to employment, Jason spearheaded initiatives to streamline operational processes and enhance service delivery. His leadership in project management, process development, and KPI establishment resulted in significant improvements in resource utilization and operational efficiency.

With 20 years of diverse professional experience, Jason has held roles in retail management and workforce development. He has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, driving revenue growth, improving customer relationship management, and enhancing communication infrastructures. His expertise in directing diverse teams and overseeing day-to-day operations to achieve successful organizational outcomes contributes to his success in various environments.
